I like this idea a lot! This also creates positive vibes and support about the pacing exercise from customers, who might otherwise be concerned about model improvements slowing down. 

Though this does make the pacing exercise even more financially costly.

Surprised to see Anthropic mentioned there, I hadn't realised that SBF led their recent funding round. I wonder what this implies for them. 

+1, I'd also recommend using colours that are accessible for people with colour vision deficiency.
