Even though I understand part of the reasoning behind this decision, and I sincerely wish Caroline Ellison well, I feel very uncomfortable with it. I'm particularly uneasy about the personal reasons given as part of the justification.

I think this was overall a poor decision, and it makes me question what kind of governance and decision-making process Manifund has, and whether anyone besides Austin was meaningfully involved.
