If I was a Jew in the Holocaust, in a Nazi camp, how would I feel towards the person who got me better working conditions?

If I were a human slave, how would I feel towards the person who got me better working conditions?

I would appreciate the person who saw me as more than property, an object, or meat. I am a liberationist.
