Hi Giulia! I fully agree: public communication about catastrophic risks and AI safety efforts is neglected. Great to see initiatives like yours arise!

I like the idea of briefs as a sort of digestible "Systematic Review" for a non-technical audience. Where do you the brief and the platform landing on the "neutral evidence" <- -> "opiniated reports" spectrum? Do you imagine the goal is to purely inform or to nudge in some way? 

"A placement is only field growth if the person would not otherwise have got there and the role would not otherwise have been filled by someone equally good." 

The field is already very competitive. Are any research roles really difficult to fill, perhaps competing with high-paying jobs at a frontier lab? I'm wondering where the need really is? In talent or in organisational growth (i.e. actually creating new research streams and teams that lead to concrete impact)
